Welcome to the Wesleyan Methodist website. We are pleased to share with you some highlights of our work and witness as we follow God’s great mission. These are exciting days for our growing network of churches in New Zealand.
Our recent annual conference was a great time with a theme of “A New Season” which seems very appropriate as we embark on our second decade of church planting.
IGNITE youth camp will be held in January 2012 as young people from all over New Zealand converge in Ngaruawahia. A great way to kick-off the new year. The South Pacific Conference of Wesleyan Methodist Churches will be held in Brisbane, 15-19 January, as we move toward inaugurating a new regional mission organisation.
2012 will be a significant year for our network of churches as we launch our main Christchurch church plant with Pastor Clint & Jamie Ussher and a strong and talented team. In the DNA of “The Well” church plant will be a strong training and outreach emphasis, as well as a multiplication ethos as we plan for other South Island churches.
