Thursday 11 August, 7:30pm
Dr Joel Green: “Scripture and the Way to Heaven: The Nature of Scripture for Wesleyans”.  We come to Scripture ready to be transformed by an encounter with the living God. This shapes what we think about the nature and authority of Scripture.

Friday 12 August, 9:30am
David McEwan: "The Trinity and the Church: A Wesleyan Reflection on the Nature of the Church as a Gathered Community". A Wesleyan perspective on the Trinity - a loving communion of the three persons - impacts our understanding of the church as a community formed by God’s invitation to ‘Come’.

Friday 12 August, 1:00pm
Dr Joel Green: “Scripture and the Way to Heaven: Reading Scripture as Wesleyans”. Followers of Jesus in the Wesleyan tradition come to Scripture ready to be transformed by an encounter with the living God. Although no “method” or “procedure” can guarantee that this transformation will take place, there are some habits and sensibilities we can cultivate.

Friday 12 August, 7:30pm
(Youth and Young Adults) “Exploring Your Questions through Wesleyan Theology”. Our visiting professors answer theological questions submitted by young people; answers given from a Wesleyan perspective. [Note; use the link below to submit questions. A range will then be selected for answers].

Saturday 13 August, 9:30am
Dr Joel Green: “Scripture and the Way to Heaven: A Missional Approach to Reading Scripture for Wesleyans.“ Followers of Jesus in the Wesleyan tradition come to Scripture ready to be transformed by an encounter with the living God. As our companion on the journey of salvation, Scripture moves us to think and act in ways that serve God’s mission in the world.

Saturday 13 August, 1:00pm
Dr David McEwan: "The Trinity and the Church: A Wesleyan Reflection on the Nature of the Church as a Gathered Community". A Wesleyan perspective on the Trinity impacts our understanding of the church as being a ‘church with a mission’, a community formed by God’s commandment to ‘Go’.
